Services described on this site
Descriptions of Release Impact Assessments, Deployment Health Reviews, Production Baseline Studies, Release Retrospective Facilitation, and advisory days are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written scope or statement of work.
Intellectual property
Website content, branding, and original materials published by AutoDeploy HQ remain our property unless a statement of work assigns deliverables to you. Client data and records you provide remain yours. Briefings delivered under a paid engagement are licensed to your organisation for internal use; redistribution outside your organisation requires our written consent.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, scrape content for resale, or submit unlawful, abusive, or misleading form content.
No warranties on website content
Site content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for a scoped engagement or for your own operational judgment during production incidents.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, AutoDeploy HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work; where that document is silent, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Busan shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active statements of work are changed only by written agreement.
