Refunds and cancellation

Scope
This policy covers Release Impact Assessments, Deployment Health Reviews, Production Baseline Studies, Release Retrospective Facilitation, and advisory days booked with AutoDeploy HQ. This site does not sell physical goods, software licences, or self-serve subscriptions.
Deposits
Engagements typically require a deposit of 30% of the agreed fee to reserve dates. The deposit is applied to the final invoice. Deposits become non-refundable once evidence work has begun (for example, after we receive deployment records and start review), except where we cancel the engagement.
Full refund eligibility
A full refund of amounts paid is available if:
- You cancel in writing before the scoping call and before any deposit-funded work has started; or
- We cancel the engagement for reasons within our control and no mutually acceptable reschedule is found.
Partial refunds
If you cancel after the scoping call but before the working session, we may refund fees minus time already spent at the advisory day rate and any non-recoverable travel agreed in writing for Busan on-site sessions. After the working session or delivery of a draft briefing, fees for completed phases are non-refundable.
Non-refundable items
- Completed Deployment Health Review cycles once the digest for that cycle has been delivered
- Facilitated retrospective sessions after the session has occurred
- Third-party costs you asked us to incur with prior approval (for example meeting rooms)
Rescheduling and no-shows
You may reschedule a working session or facilitation once without fee if you give at least five business days’ notice. Shorter notice or a no-show may forfeit that session’s allocated fee or require a rebooking fee of ₩300,000. We will offer an alternate date within 30 days when we must reschedule.
Work already started
When evidence review or facilitation preparation has started, refunds exclude the value of work performed. We will itemise hours on request.
Refund process and timing
Email contact@autodeployhq.digital with your organisation name, engagement dates, and reason. We confirm eligibility within five business days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval, unless a different method is required by your bank or accounting process.
