Who we are

Data we collect
- Contact form fields: name, email, engagement interest, preferred release window, and message content
- Email or phone correspondence you initiate
- Technical logs reasonably needed to operate the site (for example IP address and browser type in server logs)
- Cookie-related preferences stored in your browser when you accept or reject analytics cookies (see cookies)
Purposes and legal bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a statement of work (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). We process engagement records to deliver contracted work. We process limited analytics only if you accept optional cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are typically retained up to 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Engagement records are retained for the life of the contract and up to seven years afterward where accounting or legal obligations require. Server logs are kept for a shorter operational period unless needed for security investigation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use processors that host email or infrastructure under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data when required by Korean law or to protect legal rights.
International transfers
If a processor stores data outside the Republic of Korea, we take steps appropriate to the transfer, such as contractual safeguards, consistent with applicable Korean data protection requirements.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data, and you may object to certain processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise rights, email contact@autodeployhq.digital. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission (PIPC) or other competent authority.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to a small professional practice. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive identifiers through the contact form.
Children
Our services are directed at professional adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may revise this notice by updating this page. Material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date.
