City buildings under a clear sky

About

A small practice for a noisy problem

AutoDeploy HQ exists because release meetings often argue feelings while production already holds the evidence.

Origin

We started in Busan’s Saha district after years sitting with teams whose Friday cutovers looked clean on a checklist and messy in customer reports. The gap was rarely a lack of charts — it was a lack of someone willing to connect a specific deployment to a specific change in application behaviour.

AutoDeploy HQ keeps that connection as the whole job: deployment analytics in service of release impact, delivered as reviews and facilitated conversations rather than another console to log into.

How we work with clients

We prefer fewer engagements done carefully. A typical relationship begins with a Release Impact Assessment, then may continue as Deployment Health Reviews if the release cadence warrants it. We write in plain language so product, engineering, and operations can share one briefing.

When useful, sessions happen near our Busan address; most evidence work is remote. Korean and English both appear in conversation; written briefings ship in English unless we agree otherwise.

Values we actually use

  • Specific over impressive. A named release and a named outcome beats a polished abstract score.
  • Respect for the on-call. We do not turn retros into blame theatre.
  • Honest unknowns. If the records cannot decide, we say so instead of filling the blank.
