How we work

From first call to a briefing your release owners can use

Deployment analytics only helps when someone sits with the evidence and names the impact. Here is the rhythm we use for most Release Impact Assessments and related engagements.

What “how we work” means here

We are based in Busan and work with production application teams who need clarity after — or just before — a release. The engagement is conversation plus careful reading of your existing records. We do not ask you to migrate onto a proprietary system to begin.

If your question is “what did that deployment do?”, we stay with that question until the answer is specific enough to guide the next window.

Typical engagement path

1

Scoping

We confirm applications, release history, and who owns the next cutover. You leave with a written scope: what is in, what is out, and which signals we will read.

2

Evidence

We review deployment records, change tickets, and the outcome signals you already collect. Clarifying questions arrive asynchronously so we do not monopolize your week.

3

Working session

Findings are walked through with release owners. We separate observed impact from speculation and note where the records simply cannot decide.

4

Briefing

You receive a document keyed to your release calendar, plus one follow-up call within two weeks for questions that surface after the dust settles.
