Who it is for

Teams that ship regularly but struggle to answer a simple question after a cutover: what actually changed for users and for the systems that serve them? If your release notes list features while production tickets tell a different story, this assessment is the place to start.

What you receive

We examine a defined set of recent production releases — usually three to five — and build a clear account of release impact across your applications. The deliverable is a written briefing plus a working session with your release owners.

Included:

  • Selection of releases and applications in scope with you
  • Review of deployment records, change tickets, and the signals you already collect (errors, latency, conversion or fulfilment events — whatever is real for your stack)
  • A release-by-release impact narrative, not a generic health score
  • Prioritized recommendations for the next two release windows
  • One follow-up call within 14 days of delivery

Not included: building or selling monitoring products, rewriting your pipeline, or 24/7 on-call coverage.

How the work runs

  1. Scoping call (60–90 minutes) — confirm apps, release history, and access to the records we need.
  2. Evidence week — we read deployments, incidents, and outcome signals; we ask clarifying questions asynchronously.
  3. Working session — we walk through findings with the people who own the next cutover.
  4. Briefing delivery — a document your team can reuse when arguing for (or against) a release window change.

Preparation

Please designate one release owner as the point of contact. We ask for read access to deployment history and the metrics or logs you already trust — we do not require you to install new collectors for the assessment itself.

Constraints

We work in English for written deliverables; live sessions can mix English and Korean when helpful. Scope is capped at five applications unless we agree an extended engagement in writing.
