What you receive

Each cycle covers the releases that shipped since the last review. You get a short written digest, a trend note across cycles, and a short call with your release owner.

Included: review of agreed signals, comparison to the prior cycle, and up to three concrete watch-outs for the next window.

Excluded: incident command during outages, vendor negotiations, and building new instrumentation from scratch.

Process

We align on a fixed set of applications and signals in the first cycle, then reuse that frame so later reviews stay comparable. Cadence is monthly by default; bi-weekly is available when release volume is high.
